These clay pipes from Marrakech are apparently used for smoking hash! I was delighted to find a whole unused bag of them in the indoor market. Of course, visited the Majorelle gardens in Marrakech as well and was very pleased to find a shop selling the true Majorelle blue paint. The Majorelle blue paint’s recipe is a much protected secret. So when back in London, coated all the little clay pipes twice in the Majorelle paint and added blue glass beads in between the pipes. Loved working on this 3 strand design even though it took weeks to complete.
